Light wands are super fun to use ,but they can be challenging to use considering you, yourself cant see what you're doing in the moment. To get a photo using a light wand you want to slow down the shutter speed so that you can move the wand and the camera gets all the movement of the wand in the photo. Before you start you need to place your subject or props where they need to be and make a plan of how you will go about drawing with this light because you need it to be pitch black.
